Lucy Sotelo
Lucy Rangel Sotelo, 96, passed away July 21, 2016 at her Los Angeles, California home.
She was born December 13, 1919 in Los Angeles to Andrea and Tranquilino Rangel.
She married Marfa native David Sotelo in 1973. They made their home in LA.
She is survived by her husband, David Sotelo of Los Angeles and formerly of Marfa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Lina Perez.
Funeral services are pending in Los Angeles.
