Estella G. Hernandez, 54, of Alpine, passed away at her residence on Saturday, February 21, 2015.
Rosary will be recited at 10am Saturday, February 28 followed by the funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
Estella was born in Alpine on October 30, 1960 to Efren and Maria Hernandez. She was a homemaker and had worked as a care provider.
She is survived by her sisters, Ysela Hernandez of Staton Island, New York, Hortencia Lopez of San Antonio, Lupe Devine of New Orleans, Louisiana, Celia Cano of Alpine, and Lorena Figueroa of Staton Island, New York; brothers Raul Hernandez of Marfa, Freddy Hernandez of Alpine, and Marin Hernandez of Lubbock; also 12 nieces and ten nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Efren and Maria Hernandez; and two brothers, Efren Hernandez Jr. and Robert Hernandez.
Alpine Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
